SEO SPECIALIST
You will be essential to the process of optimizing websites and digital content as an SEO specialist in order to raise their search engine ranks and visibility. Increasing organic traffic, improving online exposure, and fostering user engagement should be your main objectives. To develop effective SEO tactics, this position requires a comprehensive understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytics.
One of the most important members of the team, the SEO specialist is in charge of increasing internet presence and fostering organic growth. To succeed over the long term, they must be flexible, results-driven, and able to keep up with the always changing SEO landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research on Keywords: To find high-value, pertinent keywords for focused content, do in-depth keyword research. Examine rival tactics and keyword trends to guide content optimization.
- SEO on-page: Optimize all of the content on your website, including the header tags, picture alt tags, meta descriptions, and titles. While adhering to SEO best practices, make sure the information is easily navigable and well-organized.

Content Management: Work together with content producers to smoothly incorporate desired keywords into articles, blog posts, and website pages.
Make material as readable and user-friendly as possible. - SEO technical: Conduct technical site audits to find and fix problems with mobile optimization, broken links, and page load speed that have an impact on SEO. Use Schema.org's structured data markup to improve search engine rankings.
- SEO Off-Page: Create and implement link-building plans to boost the legitimacy and authority of the website. Keep an eye on backlink profiles and remove any harmful links.

Reporting and Analytics: To monitor and evaluate the performance of your website, use SEO tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Provide consistent reporting on SEO performance and offer data-driven suggestions for enhancements. -
If appropriate, local SEO: Incorporate Google My Business profile management with the website's optimization for local search results.
Control internet reviews and keep an eye on local citations. - Keep Up with the Latest SEO Trends: Stay informed about the most recent changes to SEO algorithms, business trends, and recommended practices.
Qualifications:
- Preferred is a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar discipline.
- A solid track record of increasing organic traffic and search engine ranks coupled with proven SEO skills.
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems (like WordPress), HTML, and CSS.
- Analytical attitude with the capacity to understand information and reach well-informed conclusions.
- Excellent communication abilities to work with other team members and content providers.
- It's advantageous to understand social media and how it affects SEO.
- Acquiring certifications such as Google Ads and Analytics could prove advantageous.
